Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are generally considered final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped. However, customer satisfaction is important to us, and we will work with you to resolve any issues when possible.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 15 days of delivery. To ensure a smooth resolution, please provide:
- Clear photos of the product(s) and packaging
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
Once your request is received, our team will review the claim and determine the appropriate resolution. Approved cases may qualify for:
- A replacement item
- Store credit
- A refund to the original payment method
Please note that all resolutions are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Non-Eligible Situations
We are unable to offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:
- Incorrect shipping address provided at checkout
- Delays caused by the shipping carrier
- Normal wear and tear or misuse of products
- Requests made after the 15-day window
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
If your order is marked as delivered but cannot be located, or if it is significantly delayed, please contact us promptly. We will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier. While we will do our best to assist, we are not responsible for packages once they are marked as delivered.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders can only be modified or canceled within a short time after being placed. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to make changes.
